Sore leg/ankle?
after i do a lot of running/playing sports (soccer, football, basketball, etc) the area of my foot around my toes hurts fruitless, along with the bottom of my foot. could this be a minor sprain
what should i do? i want to enjoy the nice weather earlier it gets humid (southeast michigan, near Toledo, Ohio), but i want it to be better past soccer season next summer

You are putting a lot of stress on your foot.You can try inserts for your shoes to help protect you feet from the impact. A Podiatrist can fit you next to orthotics for your shoes.
Use ice on your feet to support relieve the discomfort. If needed use ibuprofen for the pain and inflammation, Do Not Use the ibuprofen if you are allergic to it or if you have asthma.
Stretching exercises will also give support to. Take a bath towel and fold it in 1/2 lengthwise. Hold an pause in each mitt , slip your foot in the "loop"..Pull the towel gently beside both hands and stretch your foot by pulling your toes up toward yor knees. Another method is to freeze a bottle of water. Sit within a chair and roll your foot over the frozen bottle. It feels great and help to stretch those muscles.

It could be a sprain or something as simple as the wrong type of running shoes or sport shoes.If it is a sprain you need to elevate ,apply rime for 15 minutes 3 or 4 times a day for 2 days and then apply warmth the same way after that and try Tylenol or Motrin.Check that you hold the right type of shoe for each activity and take home sure they fit well.You also say you do deeply of running and sports - you may just need to relax for awhile.Good Luck.I hold stomach-ache on right side of chest massively dull hurt when reflective breathing?
