SORE MUSCLES = a hot shower or a cold hip bath?!
i'm really sore. should i take a hot shower or a cold bath next to ice cubes?
Answer: No for sure a hot shower, it increases circulation and loosens up your muscles.
Cold showers are good to lessen swelling and lower your body temperature obviously..
if your muscles are sore from excersize or exertion, right to be heard if you were working out or pulled a muscle, you would want to take a hot shower/bath, because this will relax and loosen your muscles, and increase blood flow. if your muscles are sore from physical treat roughly, like if you got hit, fell, run into something, etc., you want to take a cold bath/shower, though not necessarilly with rime cubes. cold water should be just fine if you are going to start your year do a hot shower and a massage if possible to loosen up the muscles. If after an commotion or at the end of a day, lug a cold bath. this will help beside pain and cut down on swelling. This will kind of revitalize your body and slow down the blood going to the muscles so it doesn't swell as much and not as much latic acid will be in the muscles.
Hot shower, and muscle relaxers and vicodin, but vicodin wont really oblige, its just good. If you in recent times got back from a workout run a cold bath but if it's been a daytime or more take a hot shower. and then achieve a massage or a back rubber. :).
Definately hot shower Muscles - heat, tendons or joints - cold..
ok those only work for a while but for to take rid of it fast and for good keep hold of on working out
