I was recently playing around near my 10 month old german shephard and his paw accidently swiped my face and disappeared a scratch from the bottom of my eye all the course down my face.
skin was not broken it of late seems to be intensely bruised. since it didnt break the skin there cant really be a deformity right? Also, is there any way to speed p the beneficial process because this is incredibly embarrassing. i work in customer service and everyone i concord with gives me a double pilfer when they speak to me...i feel like an outcast haha!

There's not much to do for bruises excluding wait it out. Ice can help if applied in the first 48 hours, but after that it doesn't do anything. You could try some ibuprofen, I believe it's an anti-inflammatory.
As to scarring, you are correct: no broken skin = no scar.
As to reactions from relatives, you could try makeup. You could also try explaining how you got it when you catch them staring. People are probably doing a double-take because they are curious around what happened. You can satisfy their curiosity by recounting them, and then they will lose interest and stop staring, and it won't be as embarrassing.
