i have splinters all surrounded by my foot from walking on the dock today. how do you get splinters out?

The best thing to do is soak the foot within warm/hot salt water. This will disinfect the wound and brand name the skin as well as the splinter much softer for removing. Lightly pat foot dry and then snatch your tweezers and pull the splinters out. The longer they are in in attendance the more infection you risk.
