Sprained my ankle but i call for it heal surrounded by 4 days! Help?

Ok so i sprained my ankle on Thrusday I have a big trip to Orlando for school on This thursday! I entail it to be healed by then!
Anything i can do to cause it heal faster?
I can't rest for 4 days cause i hold to go to school!
My mom is making me!

how bad is it..if it is really unpromising then you should go to the doctor and draw from crutches .cuz if it is really bad you might not heal for a few months, sorry ..hope you ankle get better!
p.s i live in the south and i was goin to drop by my grandparents in canada.i sprained my ankle really bad the darkness before ..went to the emergency room and guess what? my dad said i didn't call for crutches! so i got on the plane at 2:00am the next morning to fly to canada for one month beside out crutches!

R means Rest: do this whenever you can. Try not to walk around on it when you don't own to.
I means Ice: use Ice for an injury that has happen recently (don't use heat at adjectives...it is best to use ice in the hasty stages and then you can use heat later). Use the rime for 15-20 min about every 45 min or so. It's hard when you are at arts school but do it as often as possible.
C means Compression: use an ACE lint (get your mom or someone to wrap your ankle for you)
E means Elevation: use books, pillows, a desk, etc to keep it elevated. When you are at home, lay down so that the ankle can be above heart height

If you have an athletic trainer or a school nurse, you should dance talk to one of them (especially if your school have an athletic trainer). If your school does not have any, you should probably go to the doctor to make sure you do not stipulation crutches.

Take 2 ibuprofen every 4 hours or so. Ibuprofen (NOT tylenol!) will reduce swelling and pain.

It is not going to make well in 4 days (sorry) but doing the things mentioned above will decrease swelling and spasm and should allow you to walk on it in Orlando. You want to continue to do these things while you are on your trip. Keep ibuprofen with you, rest it whenever possible, wear an ACE heating pad while you are walking around, and ice it whenever you are in your hotel room or whenever you can.

A well-mannered way to ice it is to freeze composition or styrofoam cups of water. Use a circular motion with moderate pressure adjectives over the ankle. Do this for 15-20 minutes. Put a towel under your ankle because the melted rime will drip a lot. If you can't do this, use an ice pack and wrap it on your ankle next to an ACE bandage or something similar to keep it on your foot. Crushed rime works best if some is available. Oh, and don't use icy hot. It won't really do anything to help you right now.

Wear tennis shoes and lace them up pretty tightly! Do NOT wear flip flops and do NOT wear heels. Tennis shoes will donate you the best amount of support and stability.
