For the past five days I have have no appetite, loose watery stools, fatigue and lower back agony...does anyone know what this could be? I am not vomiting and I do not have nausea..

My guess is some caring of infection but do you have fever? You stipulation a test ran colonostopy so they can see if they can find the defence for this. You could be dehydrated too from this so drink Gatorade to replenish what your losing. Go see a doctor, a week is long enough to lurk.
