Stop smoking...HELP!?

I have recently started to quit smoking and I cant sleep at darkness. I know that I will feel better once the withdraw symptoms are gone but how can I sleep at hours of darkness now? I have tried everything except sturdy pills. I used to take tylenol pm to help me sleep sometimes but very soon that I have started to quit smoking they no longer help. For some judgment the only thing that is to say on my mind to help me go to sleep is when you shift to the emergency room and they give you medicine within your arm is the only thing that would assist me go to sleep. No matter how abundant pills I take I just cant be in motion to sleep at night. I am wore out and have no vitality to do anything. I am at my witts end and really need some warning. SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY!

I don't think that arm dope is a good solution. It would work, but would give notice you with an addiction worse than smoking!

Have you tried taking a couple of Benadryl? They work very all right. And have you thought about using nicotine patch or lozenges? Wearing a patch to bed might help you.

BTW, what made you decide to quit smoking?

Why anyone would recommend caffeine to someone that can't sleep, I will never take in. What a useless piece of advice for you.

Avoid other stimulants like coffee, consequently you will become addicted to another thing. I would recommend exercising. Go outside for a jog, or appropriate an aerobics class, wear yourself out at the gym, then get a relaxing manipulate. It will make you feel great. Afterwards, enjoy a hot bath and listen to some soothing music. It will help you sleep. You seem to be like a person that relys on medication and/or stimulants to make you satisfied.you entail to change this behaviour up to that time it gets you into real trouble. Try seeing a natropath, they can reccomend some innate products for energy and help you near your health. Continue to avoid cigarettes no matter how strong it is.
