In the 3rd paragraph you will see it says the folowing:

"She have a severe burn on her palm and several fingers of her right hand. X-rays showed a broken nose and broken bones in both eye sockets. The girl's anus be severely torn."

This breaks my heart. Is the fact that her anus was severely torn a factor that would say she also suffered from blunt force trauma to the stomach? I am not sure but I believe if a child is punched or kicked surrounded by the stomach, this can happen. True?

What a horrible way for a precious baby to die. It is unacceptable. That poor poor child, I hope they throw that woman under the jail for the rest of her life, if they prove that she have something to do with that poor baby dying.
Answers:    The anus was most similar to torn from a penetrating object, sexual abuse normally goes hand in appendage with what we normally think of as physical invective.
