Subnormal heat?
Hi, I haven't been sleeping very ably lately, and when I wake up I feel without doubt horrible, so I've been taking my temperature. When I be aware of like this, its always a few degree below normal. What could be causing this? Is this why I'm passion so bad?
Answer: It could be but not very probable. One, if your a woman then your temp usually is lower than a males. Two, your temperature is usually at its lowest surrounded by the morning, or when youre asleep and shortly wake up. Three, you may just be a creature with a lower temp than the average 98.6. That 98.6 is just an average, but any temp inside a few degrees high or low, is not usually something to verbs about. I run about a 96.9-97.5 on most days. If my temp get to 98.6 or higher, I usually hae a fever. If you verbs to feel horrible go see your Dr. freshly to get a physical done and to make sure nearby isnt any thing seriously wrong with you.
