Suggestions for unusual muscle or boldness twitches?

All summer long, I've been having sporadic muscle or nerve twitches. I first noticed them contained by my legs at night. Now I have an eye twitch to turn along with the leg twitches. I went to my doc who said that I'm probably dried out and to drink more water, but I'm wondering if there's something else I can do that's a little more proactive.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Answer:    Twitching is repeatedly caused by a magnesium deficiency so plenty of nuts every sunshine or a magnesium supplement might perhaps help. A net search for magnesium + twitching will give you further information..
i usually rub over those nouns, like a massage.
