It's not necessarily so that taking pain medicine on an empty stomach will cause an spot. It can, but it may never do that. All people are different in the bearing that they react to medicines. It could be that the tart in your stomach is just react differently to the medicines and this is causing your stomach to hurt. It will step away, but next time, take a bite of something or drink a cup of milk.It's an acidic reaction. Take some Tums or put away plain toast & rice
It won't hurt forever but the pills are agitating your stomache. If you continue to do that, you'll end up getting a hole within your stomache called an ulcer.

No, you only just got a stomack ache from it. No impair done. Antibiotics to the same thing. Take a couple tums and catch a snack in there and I'm sure you'll be fine surrounded by no time.
Drink a little milk and eat a cracker and you will be fine. Take them near at least some milk and you'll have no problems
