Tanning to prevent burning surrounded by the summer?

I have very tolerant skin and I burn quite easily, even when I use heavy-duty sunblock (which I use adjectives the time in the summer.) This year, I was thinking in the order of going tanning a few times to help my skin become ready for the summer sun. Do you imagine this is a good idea? I hold heard the stories about the "cancer beds" but I don't know if it applies to my situation.

No,,, tanning bed are not good.
if you have really bleak problems with the sun,,, then do it somewhat at a time. 15 minutes out side is enough. Remember you skin is continually replacing it's self,,, so if you tan immediately in the tanning bed it will be gone by summer anyway.. those beds physical really hard on your skin and will make you age material fast.

Tanning beds are pretty hazardous. The younger you are when you start using tanning beds, the higher your risk of skin cancer, and the risk go up exponentially. While some people do tan surrounded by beds before they step to mexico or someplace hot to prevent burning, it's not something you want to do just to prevent burning for the summer. The summer is a few months long, and the effects of your fake baking will be lost within a week or two depending on how fair you are. Besides, even if you tanned for a month within an indoor bed you still have a risk to burn on a hot summer day because tanning bed filter out some of the UV rays, but the sun can't be filtered like that. Best theory if you reallly want a tan is to tan intrinsically in the sun slowly.. don't overdo it. And when the UV index hits 5 or higher, other wear sunscreen while tanning. Believe me.. i worked outside all summer last year and they MADE us wear spf 45 sunscreen and I still get a tan,and I'm naturally severely fair.!

Hey! Yes tanning beds surrounded by a doctors opinion are "cancer beds" or even "death beds" ..but if you want to contribute tanning a shot here's what i think you should do:

1) Tan between 3:00pm and 4:00pm (you cant get sunburned at that time no issue how hard you try!)

2) do it slowly , just brake contained by to it! don't just tan for a full hour , or your skin will properly burn.

3) recline on your back first, the way you immediately that you've done one side of your body is that you usually get thirsty...then flip over to your other side and do equal (maybe have some water or lemonade subsequent to you so you don't get heat exhaustion)
