Tap dance >> Twinge within knees?

I am nearly 14 and I go dancing and do different types of hop.
The last few tap shindig lessons I have feel a little twinge in my knees at the side but then it has gone away but today within the back of my other knee I can quality slight pain. It is in the inside at the posterior.
Is this due to tap dancing or dance in general?
Is near a name for this and what shall I do about it?
Answer:

What things do you do to net yourself drop asleep? i consistency close to i lay contained by bed for hours trying to jump down asleep?

Hi Vicky, next to tap dancing, the shoe is used to hit the floor to be paid a noise. The vibration contained by the body caused by this travels up the leg, effecting the first joint nouns it comes to ( the knee) what your problem could stem from is the repeated vibration cause by the beating upsetting the knee joint and ligaments.
Best suggestion is rest but a threatening visit to your doctor, or if the pain get too severe, your local casualty/ emergency room.
As with all things medical, best ancestors to talk to are the professionals.
Hope it is not too serious and you are back enjoy your dancing soon.
