Tennis elbow abet please?
ive had an elbow problem for a long time. 4 months. first i went to a doctor that specializes within that kind of stuff and she said tennis elbow first, then she said ligaments are loose, afterwards im missing a sheet of tissue. i went to a chiropractor and he said different. i went to a super expensive sport wipe therapist, and he said different. i can't pin point the pain for some reason(told them that) i contemplate its bursitis. what should i do? ice or heat? i want a cortisone shot but afraid, i hear it hurts alot more then a normal tetanus shot.
Answer: You could try getting a second evaluation from an orthopedic surgeon; find one that specializes in that part of the body a bit than one who operates on the whole body.
Based upon what you've a moment ago said, it's a little bit difficult for me to determine what is actually wrong beside you, "tennis elbow" (more appropriately called Lateral Epicondylitis) is quite adjectives though and chances are, you indeed could have it..
Most similar to you have Tennis Elbow... things can be found on webpages with things to do to stop the agony. But don't stop going to the docter there is an off-chance you don't have tennis elbow
