I did not hurt it I don't believe. It hurt to look up and turn my head to the right. What all could this be and should I see a doctor if it doesn't jump away.

Could be a pinched nerve, but they almost never last that long. Make sure you're not sleeping on it the wrong opening, or bending it in one position for too long.

Personally I would move about to a GOOD Chiropractor...
No Drugs...and it maybe all you involve is an ajustment...
