The daytime after dance, my together body ache. How can I relieve the backache ?
I feel it mostly in my legs, at the top of my arms and within my higher back.
People hold told me that I should stretch to relieve the pain, but there's no way i'm trying that again. I tried a few times, but the stomach-ache was too overpowering. It makes it hurt even more.
I'm asking because I've get my dance exams on a Friday and I have a class the morning before. This'll make it impossible to caper properly and every step I take will be in agony.
So, is nearby anything I can do (besides stretching) to relieve the pain ?
Answer: Okay. I have be in this achy state before. You entail to take some aleve or motrin. Take a warm-hot bath and consequently get a good amount of sleep (at least possible 8 hours). Tylenol.. and I know you don't want to hear it but stretching really is the best piece to do. Try stretching and don't try to push it too far. try relaxing and massaging your sore body parts also a warm hip bath and shower works wonders every time.
