I forget how long ago it was that is started but its be going on 4 awhile. There is this popping in my left ear one and only. And everytime I lay down on my left side and then elevate my head its starts popping a lot briefly. Its happen quite a few times and still does. It also happens when I put my phone 2 my departed ear and everytime it rings it makes this same popping in my ear. Plz. comfort...My parents say its probably congestion coz I have sinuses but I one and only take the medication for it when I hav headaches. Now I've started taking more but its lately coz of the popping my ear and its still not going away. Sometimes its better and doesn't happened for a few days(not at all but a short time ago once). So can u help me? I'm scared of going to Drs... And its be a really long time since I've gone to an ear dr. What would they do to me?Well, anyways, wat do u think this is?
