It feels approaching my brain is up but my body is asleep... the first couple of times i freaked out and would try to scream and say something to my brother who i can hear surrounded by the next room but i cant... i eventually try to move my body around until "it wakes up"
Lately im pretty self-possessed about it... but it is still weird...
concluding night i felt resembling my right arm was numb... im not sure if i always catch that feeling...

Any ideas to what this is adjectives about? from my religious background... release is similar like that... where you hear folks around you yet you can not move or talk to them...

It's call sleep paralysis. Your brain paralyzes your body when you sleep, and for whatever reason, it's screw up and waking you up without unparalyzing you. It's truly decently common.
