Okay I seriously need a real doctors oppinion... my doctor doesn't know anything and I cannot find a bright one because of a shortage. Anyways, I have symptoms that I just don't know what they affix up to. I've looked up many upper digestive problems and still no answer. Problem is, I am too scared to carry an endoscopy due to a severe vomitting phobia; the last time i tried going for one I hyperventallated, was within tears and panicking... they wouldn't sedate me. Id never feel like such a failure. It's intricate living with stomach problems and a vomitting phobia.. the two feed on eachother and manufacture life hell for me. So here are my symptoms:
bloating after eating
Nausea everyday after drinking, when Im' hungry, when I'm anxious, when I'm laying down.
My stomach has a sharp discomfort right at the base of my ribcage if I lay down after eating.
I enjoy symptoms of dysphagia as well.
I often attain a tightness in my throat like I'm going to gag.
I constantly touch dizzy (not spinning), but more like my balance is bad.
I always feel tired.
I exercise but can`t bear it because it makes my symptoms worse.
I'm not overweight, but not skinny.
I often own weird sounds coming out of my stomach after eating. I am panicky to eat. If I eat too much I literally cannot move otherwise I will get the impression so sick or my stomach will hurt badly. Sometimes food gives me strain. I can only drink water.
I will NOT smoke weed similar to some have told me to as that only make me feel worse.
I've been on anti-anxiety meds, they did nil, I'm sure it's all physical. I just pray to God that someone can make available me an answer. Please. Im desparate. A life with this is not worth living for so long. Please proposition a solution. If there really is a doctor on this site at all, I really hope they can be sympathetic satisfactory to find my question and answer me.
Thanks, and God bless.

Answer:    You need to consult next to a gastroenterologist to get to the bottom of this. Based on your history and no other data available, simply thing I could suggest is to try an elimination diet. Something you're ingestion may be triggering the reaction. This isn't something you should be trying alone, it needs to be totally carefully supervised by your doctor while undergoing the clearout diet..
You can do endoscopy by local anesthesia. Most of the Dr. will say you don't have any problems somewhere you go. Because the real problem is on your mind. If you perceive depress and stress, it will cause you to get seriously of symptoms. Some patients got different diagnosis. Here's how you can do
-eat a little bit for several of time. Ate closely in one time is not good for digestion.
-just put away only soft food. (like oatmeal, bread, etc...)
-drink cold milk with isolated stomach(when you get up). Its good if you can drink at smallest half gallon everyday(anytime not only within morning)
-eat a little bit sweet thing every time you get dizzy(sometime dizziness cause by lack of sugar within blood) <this suggestion is not for diabetes patients.>
-try to be happy and take adjectives of your stress out.
-try not to think what you have done or for your adjectives and job. You can't do or change anything even you imagine all day and darkness. So let it be, don't waste your time for that.
-Your mystery diagnosis will solve.
.
Even though I'm not a doctor (yet), I'll try to sustain point some things out.

It's possible you might be having gastroparesis, where the stomach muscles are working properly and thus food is of late sitting there, not being fully digested. It might possibly explain why you're thought tired.

As for dizziness, it might be related to a lack of energy since you're saw your scared to eat. Or otherwise it may be an issue of the inner ear since parts of the inner ear operation with balancing.

Gastrointestinal disorders are disgracefully difficult to treat. How is the stool and what about about EKG and blood sugar test?

But the doctor can do the best.
