I have these randomly habitual shooting pains in my right side below and to the inside of my last rib. Lasts 20min to an hour later disappears for a week or so. I cracked one of these ribs about 8 years ago, don't know if this is related. Feels like I'm one stabbed with every heartbeat/pulse.
