Tight/sore cheek?

my jaw is really tight, it feels resembling i am unconsciously clenching it all the time. it is always sore and when i yawn it pops absurd and i have to pop it back within. what is this?!

It's possible you are clenching your jaw because you may own an ear infection, or you may have what they call TMJ

My sister used to own this happen, and dr told her to get a guard, not have a lot of $ we went and purchased one that football/ wrestlers use at sport shop for close to $25 she noticed a change right away...
