Tingling within legs and groin?

I have been diagnosed near a bulgling disc in the L5-S1 area of my rear. I have tingling in my legs as in good health as occasional weakness and cramping. these I can attribute to the back situation. However, I own tingling in my groin. Mostly centralized(if you know what I mean). Does it make sense that this could also be attributed to the nerves surrounded by my back
Answer:

My knees and my ankles hurt? =S?

yes it can our nerves run all over our bodies

Is this commonplace?
