Treatment option for severe disc narrowing L2-L5?

I recently had an MRI and it revealed the above and also said I have loss of lordosis. I go see a neurosurgeon in 2 days. I also hold 2 bulging discs in my lower back. All of this refers to my lumbar spine. Does any one know what the treatment option are for this? Surgery? I"ve been having spinal column pain for a while and I'm 24 years old. Thank you.

Disc Narrowing? This is what they phone call DDD or degenerative disc disease, but it is not a disease. The discs are nice jelly filled donuts, with a frozen outer shell. As we age the jelly starts to dehydrate and so shrink, or narrow, so you have started the process and it will be completed at 60-65, no more jelly. Lordosis is the curve surrounded by your back, but that is not a problem, some of us never have one to start with. Treatment is zero, unless the bulging discs are anywhere practical a nerve root and if you think the posterior pain is bad, lurk until the jelly in the bulge hits a nerve root, akin to have a tooth nerve ending exposed to rime cube! They will probably give you anti-inflammatory drugs, pain killer and physiothreapy. Best of Luck
