Trouble sleeping?
Most days, I have so much trouble sleeping. I wake up around 7:30 am every college day, and I usually can't fall asleep until 1:30 - 2:00 am, and sometimes I'm even awake until 3:00 am. I own giant dark circles under my eyes, but I can't appear to fall asleep! I sit there tossing and turning and this and that - I a short time ago cant' seem to get comfortable.
Anyone enjoy any suggestions to deal with this sort of article? Please help, I'm at my wits end! I'm premonition so tired right now (11:30 pm) but I know that even if I go to bed right presently, I won't be able to fall asleep until at lowest possible 1 am!

don't feign in your bed awake more than 15-20 min. if you can't fall asleep, win up and do something relaxing and try again later. don't ever use your bed for anything other than sleeping, close to don't read in bed, don't watch tv contained by bed, you need to teach your body that when you are contained by your bed its time to sleep. when you lie down to sleep make sure your room heat is cool, its easier for your body to sleep. make sure you are completely comfortable, and try not to think going on for anything stressful. go to yahoo or google and type in 'trouble sleeping' or something of the sort. nearby are a lot of good articles next to great suggestions.Waking up sensation close to DUMP!?
If you want to try a natural approach and you're open to it, try 2 tsp of organic, unfiltered apple cider vinegar (Bragg is a good brand) mixed with for a while warm water and something like 1/4 tsp baking soda. Do this 3 x per day (morning, noon and night) and inwardly 1-2 weeks you should sleep like a baby as long as you do it consistantly. It worked great for me. Good luck!U own 2 make sure ur comfortable. I've had problems close to that going on when i'm very stressed out or even when my room isn't the right temperature. Make sure ur bed and pillows are comfy ample for you. Make sure ur not too warm or cold. also make sure 2 drink wet and keep hydrated before you sleep. Also turn any lights that ur around stale. Light is like a signal to the brain to wake up so keeping any amount of neutral on could be keeping u up. Other than that just live in the moment, don't verbs about wat happened today or wats going to come about tomorrow just focus on sleeping. Good Luck.:)
