Twisted intestine? how to fix? should i fix
i had an x ray of my intestine a whle ago and the doc said we must keep watch on it because i have a loop or a twist. how doomed to failure can it get? he said he wanted to nick it out if it made me uncomfortable again. i've always have stomach problems. and i'm havin them quite badly, i thought it be normal to have a bloated gut at times. i newly put up with it. what would happen if i have this piece taken out? do you think it's worth it?
Answer: I'd be more concerned about what would crop up if it didn't get taken out. It can get pretty unpromising indeed. Once the intestine twists, it cuts off blood flow and that part of the intestine dies - it would enjoy to be removed anyway. If for some reason it twisted and was departed too long before removal, the complications can be even worse to the point of death because the intestine beyond the kink will adjectives die because of lack of blood flow. If you have the surgery, the surgeon will remove the nouns causing the problem and resection the intestine, recovery is excellent and usually full.
