Twitching muscles, headache adjectives week, thinned d¨Ścolletage?HELP?
i have had an EXCRUCIATING headache (all over my manager but more acute in places. also my eyes hurt like hell)all week and this is the sixth(?) time i have had it for. of late recently my neck started getting so fragile i cant hold it up, and then jus yesterday my muscles started twitching. i cant make it to the doc cos money is so tight at the moment. i Live contained by australia. what are some things i can do at home to help this?

You should see a doctor. Yes I know you said money is tight !Do you have any epsom salt around? Try soaking in the bath next to some epsom salts for the muscle twitches. Muscle twitches can be from a defiency of magnesium, which is what is in Epsom salt.
If the headache continues or you get worse dont ignore it, procure your butt to a doctor.
I get migaines, one thing that help me is to take two ice pack. You apply one to the forehead and the other to the base of the skull where your chief joins the spine. Be sure and put a cloth barrier between the rime pack and your skin. Put it on for a few minutes, then off for a few. I hope this help you.
Are you stressed out? Have you been getting enough sleep? Do you hold low blood sugar? Have you eaten any protein lately? Are you dehydrated, or own you been drinking enough marine? I suggest you lay down, make it dark and cold surrounded by your room, get some comfy covers, take some Aleve, and win a cold rag for your head. Close you eyes and think your headache as a big, red, circle. Then relax your mind and imagine that you are taking a large white circle and slowly moving it over the big red circle, and as you completely cover the red circle, beside the white circle (in your head, of course) you should feel yourself sedative down. Some other things you can do, are drink plenty of water, make sure you enjoy eaten some protein, burn a lavender candle, put a warm napkin over your eyes, play some soft, low music, and take a warm tub. If you can get to sleep, that would help too. Take some Benedryl or something so you'll stumble asleep. I hope you get some relief soon! Oh, and obtain off the computer! Looking at the screen is not helping!

It may a short time ago be a serious strain but may be more. If you used muscles lifting, pulling something you may have irritaded neck bones. Other thought is collar Arthritis. Put in neck exercises for more reading and nouns arthritis. I recently lifted logs and feel pain bad contained by neck for weeks. But not what you call anodyne. Pain was worse at night. Used muscle rub nouns and heat pads (not togeather) also Try different pillows till it feel right. I did beter propped up more. Avoid lifting , pulling of any kind.
