Twitching within my chest?

Last Thursday I started getting a weird twitching feeling within my chest. It felt like it be my heart, and sort of felt like it would flog rapidly for a few seconds, next go back to ordinary. It happened a lot on Saturday, slightly smaller quantity on Sunday, and by Wednesday had almost disappeared.

I had a doctor's appointment on Tuesday, I have an EKG and x-rays done, and both came back usual. My blood pressure was also fine. It doesn't happen adjectives the time, and when it does happen, it only last a few seconds.

The feeling started to come spinal column a little bit last darkness and this morning. Yesterday was the first time I had a drink near caffeine in it since Saturday, and I don't know if that's related or not.

I'm 21, male, I don't smoke or do drugs, and rise and fall rarely drink any alcohol. The semester is winding down, and a few ancestors, including the doctor, said it could be stress-related, but I don't really feel like I'm below any more stress than normal. Any suggestions?

I had a similar problem. I be so worried that I saw my doctor and a cardiologist many times. I had EKG's, X-rays, and even a Halter Monitor, and they be all normal. There's a intensely high chance that your twitching is stress or anxiety related. Even if you don't get the impression stressed or anxious, it happens. Hope it's nothing serious!

This use to come about to me. I don't know why it stopped, just glad it did. Maybe yours will stop too when school is out.. I hold learned that caffeine
does make me jittery, so I now and then drink anything like tea , coffee and colas, and never drink any of those high vitality drinks that are so popular with kids. My son had something approaching this too and went through almost every test know to man. The singular thing they found was tart reflux. I think some of the symptoms mimic heart problems. I hope yours stops. Just keep a close view. You did the right thing to be checked out by a doctor.
