Tylenol brings down or elevate your liver?

I got back my blood testing results and my liver was a little elevated. I ask a doctor more or less it and she said that it was no big deal and that tylenol will bring it down...but I be saying to myself...doesn't tylenol end up ELEVATING your liver and not bringing it down? Was my doc wrong just about that?
Answer:

Stabbing pains contained by chest?

Livers don't get elevated unless you stand up, climbs stairs, or fly in an airplane.

Certain liver reading may be up, and that might be good, or it might be bad. Tylenol can be dicey for livers to metabolize, especially if combined with alcohol.

Ask the doc again, and if you do research on the Internet, stick with .edu sites for a while.
