ok, just had a Endoscopy and 1 tissue from stomach removed for an biopsy yesterday, the GI said i have for a time hernia and my stomach lining is pretty much swollen/inflammed. Notice no pain after the surgery but last dark when i went to sleep i felt pain surrounded by my left lower back that radiates toward my lower gone stomach and a little tightness in chest. Today I feel alot of dull pain kinda like cramp and gas in my upper and lower abdomin, so I call the place where on earth i had the endoscopy done to see if there anything i can take to steady down the pain in my stomach, and they told me that they have their patients bring Tylenol extra strenght.
Now im wondering if i should take the tylenol or stick to something like pepto bismol?
Answers:    They are the expert and they have suggested Tylenol # 3 is what you should be taking . Why travel against their recommendation . I hope you get well soon and own a great day
