Okay I know this is a weird question but I've other taken advil until one day I only took Tylenol. Which do you use?

I use Tylenol, but near are important considerations for each.

Don't pinch Tylenol if you have liver problems. Don't take it for a hangover, it will kind it worse. It's also easier to OD on Tylenol - do NOT take more than 8 of the extra-strength Tylenol pills in sometime

Don't take Advil if you have any ulcer or really any Gastrointestinal problems.

Basically, Tylenol is bad for your liver, and Advil is bad for your stomach. Pick your poison. (Side effects are usually from taking these medication long-term or overdosing, so twice a month for a headache won't do much)

I recommend Advil which has acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) which help with inflammation and is not just a agony reliever like Tylenol. I highly recommend Advil.

Tylenol, it doesn't bother the tummy! Advil and Aleeve are REALLYhard on the gut.
