Uncomfortable inkling...Caused by mass loss pills?!?
On sunday i started take these weight-loss pills called xetreme lean. 2 contained by the morning and 2 round mid-day( thats the dosage). The capsles are approx. like the size of an average pinky toe. But since yesterday i've notices that i own an uncomfortable feeling within the area above my belly button and below my boobs,that at times feels resembling a sharp pain( but only for a slipt second). Is this normal? also when i swallow next it feel like at hand stuck in my throat ( i took em today at like 1pm and its not 1:16am, and i've eat dinner and drank alot of fluids, and its almost as if i can still feel them). Is this mean that within working?
Whats your opinion, Should i dis continue taking them? Or no?

I've been taking some pills that are similar and i've lost approx. 20 pounds, adjectives without exercising. just watching what i devour and counting calories and drinking lots of water and gatorade type drinks, no soda This also gave me lots of extra liveliness. I do think you should probably see a dr just to product sure there isn't something you are allergic to inside those pills. exercising is great but not everyone has the time or may hold physical handicaps or injuries so don't believe others when they say exercise is the only channel, because it ain't so! Don't take the pills. Working out is the best way to lose overweight. If you don't want to build muscle, just jog for long period of time. Running for anything less than 20 minutes is not helping.You need to strain your red muscle fibers which will allow you to lose freight and not gain much muscle. Plus gaining muscle isn't bad, on women muscles are sexy except when giant approaching a body builder's.
Anyway, jogging works your legs which contain the largest muscles and will burn the most fat. The more you work out, the faster your metabolism will become and the faster your metabolism become, the more it accelerates in how in haste it is. Well work hard on this and you can achieve.
