Unrelated pains or is near possibly something worse?
About 5 or 6 days ago i had a fever for a time and got over it without any issues (I usually of late wait things out, have a righteous track record with just about ever getting sick). Since then though the back departed side of my tongue has been sore and hurts whenever I swallow, and my lower right side of my spinal column has been sore for only about as long. In the last daytime or two I've been getting a cough thats light right presently, but those don't like to stay that way. I'm 21 and don't enjoy any longterm medical issues and not on any antibiotics or recent surgeries/injuries. Any idea's on if its a larger problem altogether or just isolated issues and bad timing.
