Upper middle hindmost dull pain, seem to be on spin any suggestions?
I have been have pain in my upper middle put money on for a few weeks now. I almost feels close to it just needs to be popped but that never help. If I lay down flat on my back the pain get worse and if I raise my hands over my skipper that also makes it worse. Sometimes I will get discomfort into my neck and shoulders also. The mornings are always worse but it hurts adjectives the time. Any Ideas?
Answer: Try getting a volley- or soccer-ball. Sit on the floor with the ball at the back you and slowly lay back onto the ball... putting most of your immensity on the ball... but with your legs bent and foot flat on the floor. Roll around on the ball until you get it over the bumpy area(s). Kind of "hover" there, just rocking pay for and forth a little. This may actually "pop" your posterior for you, but even if it doesn't, it should relax the triggerpoint causing the pain.

you may own pulled/strained muscles in your upper back. you want to get a couple massages (unless you want to stir to your doctor to get physical therapy) and stretch out really well...you should also check out the pillows that you're sleeping on. near are different pillows for different kinds of sleepers...so if you sleep on your back or side and hold a really soft pillow you aren't getting enough support. good luck!You run to a chiropractor. They can analyze your spine and get to the root of the problem. I could just be some ligament sprain OR a muscular problem. A squeeze would help...but massage take care of soft tissue and this may be a spinal bone problem. Chiropractic is safe, affordable, and efficient...especially with back backache. Give it a try!
