Is it possible to speak properly (My daughter is 2 years old) at least a few words correctly providing here uvula is sticking permanently to one side of soft palate. Instead of limp in the center, it seems to be sticking to one side ineradicably. This is purely what we feel from looking into the mouth. If it is true, will she be able to speak properly at-least one word?
