Using Foam ear plugs?

for those of you who use foamy ear plugs...when you take them back out resembling after you sleep do they hurt? every time i take it out the hurt, but when they are inserted in they surface okay? does this happen to you??

Answer:    It could be that you're putting them in wrong, or if you own sensitive ears, that could be the problem too. I can't wear earplugs anymore because they gave me constant ear infections because they would push everything way down surrounded by my ears and never give my ears a chance to drain. I use rumble cancelling headphones instead presently. And if you have small canals, next they'll hurt after about 20 minutes or so and hurt when you pull them out because the earplugs are pushing against the waterway and the canal doesn't want to be moved. .
I have equal problem. Do you have allergies or any sort of chronic sinus problems? What happens is while you're sleeping your sinuses verbs to produce mucous, which changes the air pressure from your soft palette, up through your sinuses, to your ears. When you try to pilfer the soft plugs out, it creates a vacuum that pulls on your ear drum, causing intense pain. Does this nouns familiar? If not I'm wrong about what's cause it, but oh well. If it does sound acquainted, try pushing down on the plugs long ways, just enough to create nouns flow between the plug and your ear drum before you pull them out. That will break the vacuum and you shouldn't enjoy any pain. I hope that works for you. Good Luck =) You could be putting them in wrong, or they may be too big for you.
However, if your wearing them correctly they shouldn't hurt..
