i rouse up with cuts and bruises all the time from putting my arms through the bedhead holes and getting caught surrounded by there whilst sleeping. im unco even when im not conscious. :(

It could be your nails. I'm not sure where on earth you have them but you should try sleeping in different positions and see what happen. Are there any lamps or anything subsequent to your bed?
