Answer:    Generally, wart-like painless bumps will appear on the back of your tongue when you are foundation to experience the symptoms of certain illnesses, i.e.: strep, flu, sinus infections, some allergies and some times ear infections. Sometimes these bumps and symptoms will go away lacking progressing into a full blown sickness, and can be nothing to worry nearly. However, they can be a sign that you are about to get sick. Start drinking melt tea, or Sprite, and take Tylenol or another ibuprofin type pill. If you have allergies, appropriate your medicine for that as well. If your condition does not remodel within a day or two, see a doctor.
