Once I have a bruise that would not go away for a few days, my Indian friend suggested putting a teaspoon in rime water and rubbing extremely lightly across the bruise, next to the teaspoon. When I did this twice a day for two to three days the bruise went away.

a bruise cant be made to jump away. Its from pooled blood under the skin and only time will clear it up.
