it was like a red circle that be tender but not swollen
and then a white little bit in the middle that be raised up
like a zit
but the red flat nouns stung like a blister

any ideas what it be?

Answer:    Be really careful with this because it could be an ingrown mane. Try puting a really warm wash cloth on it that have been soaked in epsoms salt to help make it expand up. If it gets bad you should walk to the dr and get a shot to kill infection.
