i talk to my doctor but she wasnt much help =/
she said i could have Anemia (a blood disorder)
that could exact it. but i searched it and it didnt
say anywhere contained by the symptoms that it could cause headaches.
and i dont own the other symtoms.
i dont think its eye strain. i know that my glasses persciption is fine.
i dont enjoy trouble seeing.
Answer: I get that a lot also. I've talk with my friends about it, and they regard it's tension headaches, from stress and anxiety. Just relax, rub your eyelids a bit, that usually help me, and take an advil. if the feeling is constant or you be aware of like it's too often for it to lately be a tension headache, go backbone to your doctor to get the anemia idea checked out, or dance to another doctor for a second opinion. another great stress reliever for me is rubbing behind my ears or my earlobes. it's truly been scientifically proven to be a stress reliever, so it may help your eye ache.
good luck..
If you do have anemia, it could incentive headaches because less oxygen would be carried to your brain (anemia is the result of lowered oxygen-carrying dimensions, and if your brain--or any other part of your body--isn't getting enough oxygen, misery can occur). That being said, I'm kind of surrounded by agreement with you... and aside from that, headaches are a really non-specific symptom that's see with lots of different conditions. If the pain is generous of diffuse and throbbing, you might have tension headache, or if it's sharp and stabbing, it might be sinus headaches or migraines. If you can describe the pain surrounded by exact detail to your doctor, that might help her diagnose what's going on. (And if she suspects anemia, she should order a blood experiment to verify it and put you on some iron supplements.) These symptoms match exactly the description of a "tension headache". Such a headache is cause by prolonged mental stress. The best way to take contemplation of it is to visit a chiropractor, since headaches are almost other associated with neck misalignments, and to do some relaxation exercises, in particular ones that involve deep breathing.
