For the past few weeks I have have a weird sensation underneath my left shoulder, but on my rear and closer to the spine. Its hard to explain. Its not pulsing or beating or throbbing, but it feels like theres a rush of fluid moving around approaching somethings moving. I dont know, maybe its nothing, but i hold tried rubbing my back but I have feel it before I go to asleep for days gone by few weeks

It continues, you should see a Doctor to find out what it is. In that area, under your skin, you would enjoy your trapezius muscles and below those, your rhomboids, below those you'd have your spinalis, longissimus and under those, your spine or the rear legs of your ribs. If it was a torn muscle or ligament, I think you'd consistency pain. Try to figure out if it feel close to the surface, or deeper so you can explain it to your Doctor.
