tension headaches are cause by tense muscles.

Stress headaches are cause by stress.

being tired, not eating right, dehydration, loud noise, bright lights, overexposure to the sun- all these things can cause, or worsen, a headache.

And migraines can be cause by tumors, esbestos, sickness, a hangover, pms, and stress.

it can also be a side effect, but since you aren't on a lot of meds, that's probably not the case here :).

There are two types of headaches: primary headaches and subsidiary headaches. Primary headaches are not associated next to (caused by) other diseases.
