What are some efficient, innate ways to minister to me sleep?
I'm going to be taking a 14 hour plane ride and I always have like mad of trouble sleeping on planes. Are there any natural ways to aid knock me out?
For example, I've heard drinking warm milk or chamomile tea help you feel sleepy.
Answer: I found it impossible to sleep until I started working out! I do only 30 minutes a year and I sleep like a baby! Plus my body is looking better already and I am not trying to lose mass, just stay fit!.
valerian is pretty good
a cannabis cookie or two since arriving at the airport always does it for me.
hops also have a comforting effect...

Try using up a lot of spirit before your flight such as exercising. combination of valerian root and melatonin.
