I twitch ALOT, its mostly when Im falling asleep and actually asleep. My whole body does it, and it is so fruitless that my ex had to fall asleep first because he couldnt sleep with adjectives my twitching. And we couldnt cuddle up together because my twitching would wake him up. Its really tiring actually because my whole body does it and it really get to me
