Answer: What is cause your chronic back pain? Pinched nerves? An arthritic support? Herniated discs? or a combination of some or all of the above. Please understand, what I enjoy found(at least with my body) is that what works for my self-assurance pain, does nothing for my bone spasm, and vise versa.
For me, I take Neurontin 600-900 mg 3 times a day to lend a hand with the nerve affliction from the herniated discs in my back(Thoracic & Lumbar, I ain't even gonna start about my Cervical problems). I also lift 600 mg of Daypro(NSAID) for my arthritis both in my vertebral column and my OA all over my body. To prevent muscle spasm, I simply restarted taking Skelaxin 800 mg, twice a day. For really bad days, contained by addition to my meds, I use my TENS unit. I also hold the option of taking 2 Tylenol Athritis 650 mg tablets, twice a day contained by between my other meds. I have also had multiple steroid injections at both the cervical and lumbar spines.
I see a Neurologist, Rheumatologist, Orthopedist and a Pain Management doc. They are adjectives aware of my meds and work with each other impressively well with me.
I do not, and will not(have within the past) see a Chiro for my back because I have multiple disc hernaitions and bone spurs(osteophytes), that could break bad during manipulation and cause further or more extensive damage.
I would recommend that you find a Pain Management Center. A center will enjoy several docs that will work as a team to relieve your pain.
Good luck.
Have you thought going on for wearing a SACROILIAC BELT (aka SI Belt) around your pelvis? What it does is that by providing the correct balance of resistance and resilience, the SI belt re-establishes the joint’s normal motion, thus relieves stress and instability at these cargo bearing structures. The price of SI belts are in sensible range these days, average cost is give or take a few $40 USD. I know a lot of people who wear SI belts, and I've read some astonishing testimonials roughly it. There are many si belts out there, but Serola SI Belt seem to be the best one as far as quality, comfort, and price are considered. Check out their website for more: http://www.serola.net/product_new_sac_be...
I think you buy directly from their website at: http://serolabelt.com/new-serola-sacroil...
Hope it help, good luck to you!
