What can take place if you own tendonitis within your knees but you set off it untreated?
other than Icing but you don't get it give the impression of being by a Dr. or take it easy. I tendonitis contained by my knee and it hasn't bugged me in years until yesturday. I'm immensely active (swim competively) and can't really afford to see a doc for this. right now.

none of tht worked so i had surgery to remove some of my quadriceps muscle because it was so bad
so a word of guidance go see a physiotherapist or a doctor or orthopaedic surgeon and get it sorted out efficiently because the surgery is the most painful thing contained by the world plus u notice whn u get bac to wlking and other goings-on tht u r missing a load of ur tendon and it is awful plus it mentally scar u because i dont no whether i will ever play football or swim for my county ever agen!

Tendinitis is not that serious except that it hurts. However, if left untreated, it can lead to arthritis or other degenerative cohesive disease. Take lots of ibuprofen (with food) and rest it until all pain is gone. Then, look out in the future, since it could become chronic.
