What can I do more or less a headache if it is permanent for more consequently 24 hours?
I have had a headache for going on for 24hours. i have tooken the med that i was prescribed, it usually works, but adjectives it has done lately is make me really really tired. the headache keep staying. i cant take anymore med for a couple hours, and this headache is driving me crazy, do u got any philosophy on what i can do? telling me to lay down aint gonna help, it sometimes make it worse, and i can hardly sleep. any ideas?
Answer: If the med isn't working, budge to the doctor, and they can give you a different solution. Maybe try dampening a washcloth with some icy dampen and placing it on your forehead. Then don't lay down, but just lean back a bit so that the washcloth stays on. Try to get some sleep. Also, take your warmth. You might have a fever..
Do you you drink diet soda? or anything beside splenda in it? both can give you pave the way aches. also you could be dehydrated. you might necessitate to drink more water.
