What can i do almost hip twinge?
i am 17 and have hip pain . it feels as though its the mutual. it hurts the most when i sit down or get up from sitting down it also hurts when i walk. it happened once previously the hip pain i think it went on for weeks or atleast it feel like it i tryed everything poping it laying on it everything. but one day it only went away i woke up and it was gone and just within the past few days it came back. i ponder i hurt it jumping but im not sure all i know is that it hurts.i need minister to my hip hurts so much. most of you would say go to the doctor but i dont have insurence. and i dont come up with there are any free clinics around here. can anyone help me? please.
Answers: you may have injured your pelvis? (thats what happen to me) i just kept taking advil every 5 hours (which will bring down the inflammation) but eventually i had to go to a chiropractor (which cost in the region of 75-150 bucks) and he adjusted my spine and pelvis back into place. Some general direction though- sleep on your side in the fetal position and don't lift anything heavy for a while.
