This used to come to pass to me for 15 years a few times a week. I had pain right at the rear my eyes. Rarely would medicine quell it. I would even resort to pushing in my eyes to relieve the stomach-ache. About a year ago I went to an allergist to try my luck. He prescribed Allegra D (Allegra combined with a strong dose of sudafed) and Nasonex. Which combined cleared my sinus and cleared my manager. It sounds like to me that you have a sinus headache. Go to your doctor or progress to an allergist. Until then take over the counter meds such as claritin and sudafed. Although they aren't totally strong they will help alleviate the pain. I haven't have a bad headache in a long time. That totally sucks - I HATE headache. I have heard that if you squeeze (HARD) on the pressure point contained by between your thumb and first finger, that is supposed to help. Outside of slamming down an 800 mg of ibuprofen, I am at a loss. I will preserve my fingers crossed that someones answer will lead you to a cure.

Alternative - a few cocktails to help cause you sleep - LOL. It is Friday. Feel better!

EDIT: No puking allowed - LOL. The person below me sparked another idea. I enjoy those aromatherapy pillows that go around youR neck. I preserve them in the freezer and when I have a headache I put them on my frontage while I am laying down. The combination of the cold, the calming smell and lay down does the trick. I hope whatever you try works and quickly!.
I catch very severe headaches. I've gone to the hospital, be on numerous medications, had MRI's, have MRA's done. So if anyone knows what your going through, it's me!

When I get a headache, I find that taking a nice hot shower and simply sitting in the bathtub, letting the shower run on you, help. Try drinking something with caffeine. Put a heating wad around your neck and lay down.

If that doesn't at least lessen it, call for a neurologist..
If the pain is extreme you best go to an Urgent Care or appointment 911 because it could be an anneurism. Look up for the sy mptoms of that. If you do not have the symptoms then put a heat towel over your eyes and try to get some sleep. I've gotten headaches that are so doomed to failure I had to lay down because nothing could cure it. Sleep did. conceivably you should eat, drink (maybe dehydrated) or just simply rest and obtain some sleep. what i usually do is take some advil and a drink of water and some nice sleep that usually works for me. but if your going to prevent headache in the future, put together sure you eat, keep drinking lots of fluids (recommended water) and stay away from lots of TV, computer, and video games in need eating or drinking.
I get these adjectives the time. It could be a Cluster Headache...where your eyes and temples hurt. Or, it could be a migraine. Take advil or tylenol, and lay a damp washcloth over your eyes. To make yourself feel better, walk to sleep soon and you will wake up feeling better. Sorry for the headache

Please nick a rest, sleep early and wake up not so precipitate yet not very delayed. During the day take lots of sea then your cure is simple- Have lots of fruits in your diet and the headache will turn away- it worked for me.

.
rub ur temples and drink water. if u dont no what ur temple is its the soft fragment next to ur eyes. and sleep. or take up to 5 ibuprofin. Sounds similar to a migraine. I get them and They suck!
Sleep?

How many mg be the meds?.
One thing that has help me is to lie down with something cool at the fund of my neck. power nap.
Take a few asprin and travel get some rest
I'll help you out near that! HeHe
