What can I do to cure lower leg headache cause by jump jacks?
Because jumping jacks are remarkably similar to centrework that I do in my ballet classes, I assumed it would be out of danger to do them in bare foot because in ballet class we rumba either in bop slippers or barefoot. This is a recent idea, I have solitary been doing them barefoot for a few months.
However, over the last 2 weeks or so, my shins enjoy been very, extraordinarily sore. I have continued to run and jump but I enjoy cut my time down and give myself days in between workouts to get better. Am I worsening the situation by continuing to push? Is jumping in out feet the culprit?
Thanks :)
Answer: jumping barefoot contained by itself is not the problem.
The technique you use may be.
Most likely you're landing on the heels of your feet, which is doomed to failure.
Of course continuing to do that will only make things worse.
Change your technique to parkland on the front of your feet, using the spring action of your muscles and bone structure to distribute your counterbalance and cushion the impact.
Use the same technique when walking barefoot (especially when running)..
Yes you did'nt have it formerly.
